A question for someone who's been at LTT lately

My husband absolutely loves one of the desserts that he has had in the past at Liberty Tree Tavern. I don't know what it's called, but it's got Pecans all over it and it's a cake with carmel and stuff. Can anyone tell me if they are still serving this? If so, we will be going there - if not, we'll be skipping it. (Can you imagine picking a restaurant just for a specific dessert?

When we were there for dinner in Feb. and last Aug. the dessert was apple cobbler. I do not know if the desserts are different for lunch. Godd luck.

It's the Butter Griddled Pound Cake. I only see it on the lunch menu. This is the main reason for our visit to LTT! It looks sooo good.

I wondered if I was the only one...I even asked the server if it would be ok if I just came in for desert I really love this one and he said you can get it for dinner too if you ask your server. My son literally fought over it...anyway enjoy it and the last poster is right it is the butter griddled pound cake and it is still there as of last week. Haha and I wonder where my hips came from !!

we were just there on April 2nd and the dessert was hot apple crisp with vanilla ice cream, it was VERY good.

We like the whole lunch menu, but I only go for the Carmel Apple Tart with cinnamon ice cream! It is so good! DD got the grilled pound cake, tho, and she said it was wonderful.

I always pick restaurants based on desserts! I'll often order a small salad and an appy for my meal, just so I can eat every bit of the dessert!

Yes, you can order different desserts besides the cobbler at the character dinner. But they will be a separate charge. Only the cobbler is included. I have never felt need to order something different but the description of that cake makes me wonder if I might need to next time!
