Rest...the typical ginger food and drink. Also, I have these things called "Seabands" left from when I was pregnant, which you wear on your wrist. They apply constant pressure to some presure points that relieve nausea.

Sometimes pretzels or something salty like that helps me, but not always. Lots of rest also.

A can of cold coke always helps me reduce or get rid of any nausea.

Lemonade or Canada Dry ginger ale (it has real ginger in it) to drink. Saltines or pretzels to eat. Try to graze through the day instead of eating big meals.

If it is bad enough ask your doctor for a prescription for Zofran. I have to take an 8mg Zofran with my migraine medicine because it makes me so nauseated. Zofran doesn't make you drowsy like other anti-nausea medicines can.

Zofran is the "you know what"! I get it when I have a kidney stone. Nothing works like it.

Room temperature Coke helps my nausea.

When I had my morning sickness, Coke worked wonders.

For me it has to be classic coke, not diet or zero, just plain old classic coke. It doesn't even have to be cold, and I just sip it (don't chug it). Sometimes I stir or shake the bubbles out of it so it is kind of flat.

Ginger ale or ginger snaps work too.

Coke Classic worked for me til I was sick and drank that and got sickER.
