A Question For All You Teachers Out There

I have a friend of mine trying to get into the Master of Education program (not sure which school) and is having an issue with writing her "Statement Of Purpose" essay to try to get into the program.

Any advice I can give her?

When I was applying for the Master of Education program at W & M about 6 years ago I wrote about why I wanted to teach, why I considered their program was a good fit, & what I could bring to the program. Hope that helps.

Also if she googles it, there will be some out in cyberspace that will give her some nice guidelines and inspiration. These things are a pain to write, it always sounds cheesy!
