A question about old hopper passes

I have one adult and child hopper passes that both have a few "pluses" left on them. Can I still use those pluses to go to a waterpark, DQ, or Pleasure Island? Do I have to somehow pay to upgrade them, or are they useless now? Please let me know. Thanks!

I beleive they become useless, but if you have any days left on the passes you can use those.

I wouldn't pitch them just yet. We took passes from last year and had them checked at MK Guest Services. There are plusses left that are still good from 2004. Unfortunately, there are so many different kinds of tickets that you should wait until you go again and have them checked out.

If those passes are from before 2005, then the pluses on them are still good for waterpark or PI admission. Park Hopper Plus passes (as they were formerly called) had no expiration automatically included. But the "pluses" were not valid for DQ aadmission.

If the passes are MYW passes from 2005 and it's been 14 or more days since you first used them, you're out of luck unless you purchased the no-expiration option.

edited to add: If the passes were Length of Stay (also called Unlimited Magic) passes from pre-2005, they expired at midnight of the day your stay at WDW ended.

You can still use the plus options even though all the days are gone. To confirm what you have left on your passes, take them to guest services at one of the parks and they can tell you what is left on the passes.
