A question about OBB credits

I moved my Greek cruise on the advice of a cast member as I had only paid my deposit and had a OBB credit. I did not want to be fully refunded and lose that credit, as I was told, that could be a possibility as I was not PIF. Am I right to assume the 10% booking credit is now extended to the end of September 2022?

You are. Once they release summer you can now move that OBB to one of them if you wish, at least until September 2022.
