A Q for Canadian DVC members....

I got my mortgage interest recipt in the mail yesterday..... what the heck do you do with it??? can we claim any of this on our taxes??

Officially own 100% of my DVC now..... gave them the last lump sum payment this morning!!

We can't do anything with teh reciept we can't claim the interest on our mortgages like they do in the US. You can file it away for fun like we do.

too bad.... would have been nice to get a tax break... every little bit helps when you are self employed!! Nice working for myself but boy do I dislike tax time!!
