A Q about Napa Rose

My DH and I are total foodies and I have heard some great things about the Napa Rose restaurant and am wondering if anyone has taken there younger children there and how that went? I am not concerned so much about the food being kid friendly because our kids have fairly broad pallets. I am more concerned about it being a kid friendly atmosphere and them being welcomed. I know it's Disney, so of course they would be welcomed, but it is still a 4 star restaurant which leads me wondering what others have experienced here?

I don't have any kids but I have seen young children there (whether it was just a small family dinner or part of a bigger family celebration). The staff at Napa Rose are super friendly so younger children are welcome. However, the meals tend to be about 2 hours long so the question is, will your kids be able to sit through that? Perhaps someone with younger kids will be able to answer your question better though

Of course it is kid friendly. But still an elegant, nice, and fairly quiet 4 star restaurant. Only you know your children well enough to know if they can sit in their seats and amuse themselves quietly for over 2 hours. It really is the best restaurant anywhere on Disney property, I hope you get to enjoy it.

We were there last October with a 9 YO and a just 6 YO. Just as others had said, it is kid friendly and the staff worked at making the kids happy, but it was a bit long for the 6 YO. When the melt down was near, we just stepped out and walked around the pool and popped into CA for distraction. When the food arrived my wife called on the cell phone.
