You can plan the menu until Gordon has purchased the supplies- he will even invite you to shop with him for ingredients!
He will send a suggested menu, but you may vary from that as much as you'd like. He is very creative and is able to do most anything you'd like.
His suggested menu is mainly "low-country" cooking- dishes typical of the HH area.
We have enjoyed the experience twice- once in the GV and once at the Beach House. Both were wonderful experiences. I can't imagine that NYE would be any less enjoyable.
