A Private Affair - Chef Gordon Question - Hilton Head

We are booked for Chef Gordon for our Upcoming July trip. He sent us some sample menus, but we are not sure when we till him our selections. Do we do all that over Email before we leave or does he call us at the resort??

And how do you choose what to have...it all sounds so good!

We just did this a week ago. We emailed him our requests, including food allergy info.

As for deciding, that's another problem!

If you e-mail him ahead of time, he will e-mail you back. If you haven't finalized your menu before you leave, he will track you down by phone once you arrive to go over any loose ends.

As far as choosing what to eat... well, you're on your own! It's all so good. I do highly recommend his crab cakes though .

How did you book this? We are scheduled for our first visit at the end of August and I'm trying to find out all I can about this resort. It will be our first resort we visit since joining. We used our points the first time for cruising.
