UPDATE From Meeting !!!!!!

Meeting went very well!!!Still a few questions I have to call the TA directly about !! Such as the GIFT CARDS !!!I need to know for sure if they can be used for tips etc !!I believe they can but I want to hear for sure and not assume !! I also plan on asking her if we got Free QSP AND the cards

Next question will be online check in or not ???
And also the Medical fridge ??????

We discussed the airport and the do's and don'ts !!! We have the ME tags for all the Buffalo guys and the Albany ones are being mailed to them !!So that is all set!!!We got our backpacks and this time they are PURPLE so we will match the Disney drivers

I have the ME booklets and we got luggage tags and other tags for the suitcases !! The People and Places lady will meet us at 4 a.m at Buffalo Airport and we should be able to get preboarding as they are Special Needs !! This will be great for Carol who has NEVER flown as I plan on putting her in a front row so she isn't closed in!!! I'll sit behind her opr across and back one so we can chat or I camn administer smelling salts

We can buy refillable mugs for all of us !!!They are very generous !!!!! Were fine with all my suggested purchases before hand !! Carol and I still have to figure out How we are getting to the airport !!! I know Judy will drive me but Carol hasn't decided what she is doing yet !!!
I am waiting for TA to call with the other answers !!!!!! So stay tuned !!!

I am of the oppinion that I do not LIKE the TA!!!!
First good news as I suspected the gift cards can be used for Tips !!!!Phew
Second she doesn't have time to do ON LINE check in

Thirdly she is not getting into Medical fridges , she would add a fridge to the ressie !!!So I called Disney and I can't add the Medical fridge as the TA has to do that!She said I could get the charge removed when I got there , which Disney says it don't work like that!!So I will call the Agency and ask what I should do !! If all else fails I have a very nice Disney Soft cooler that will work !! A really NICE friend gave me it

I am really glad about the gift cards as opposed to "VOUCHERS" However she said wer never had Free QSP and this was after she told me we did and I know it is available our dates !!!I had thought about using her when I go BUT not now I will stick with my TA who I know would have taken care of all of this as she listens to me and is NOT so High and Mighty and know it all !! But I'm not gonna make waves as I want to go next year !!

We were told if all went well this time we would get to do the African Safri behind the scenes trip in the Spring !!!!! All hinges on Carol and Flying soooo lots of mojo dust needed for my first time flyer !!!!!

Yes if we can use it for Tips and refillable mugs it will be awesome !! I just am not comfortable with the word voucher as opposed to gift card that I am familiar with !! I know in Feb when I had a $300 gift card my TA had to call to find out about using it for Tips !!!!

If you had Free QSDP you would get Free mugs with that!
Almost like she chose the gift card promotion over the Free Dining. Free Dining may have been a better deal because you will only get 1 card for the ressie but FD would be for everyone.
Can you do anything about that???? I agree with you Rosie, not sure I like either.

Rosie, why don't you call the manager of the Travel Agency? This Ta is not taking care of the needs of your group. To choose a gift card over free dining is absurd!! And not requesting the fridge for medical reasons? I fear your rooms could be all over the resort and no where near each other.
Here is what I suggest - at the 10 day mark call the special needs number I am going to pm to you. Make sure you have the reservation numbers or names of the guests. Ask for the person whose name I will send and explain the situation to her about the your clients, the fridge and needing rooms close together. I feel sure she will do everything she can to help you - sending info now. This is not the reg special needs number, but the sort of back office.
Oh, my understanding is the reservation can be accessed within 10 days of arrival.

(She might even be able to change the reservation to free dining, if you tell her that was what was supposed to be booked, but the TA chose the gift card instead. But I would mention that after getting the special needs taken care of.)

Thanks for all your concerns !!But I am not rocking the boat !!I left a message with the gal at People & Places!!Maybe I am wrong avbout the FD but I was sure they unblocked that week and she told me she had already booked Free QSPand upgraded !!Beacause it is a TA ressie I can't access it !!! They have been dealing with her for years and I don't want to loose my Free Trips !!!! I think I was the first escort who asked for specific dining ressies !!!

THE STATE !!!!!


Yup we are being inspected by the State we were overdue soooo I was expecting them but not at supper time !!!I think we did okay, he was laughing at the way the staff and the consumer's joke around together !! My super staff were on the ball and even got a Bingo game going after supper !!
Tomorrow they will be in ALL day !!
