A photoshop question....

Hi,

I have a question about using photoshop.

I want to change a black mickey head to different colors. The only way this amature knows how to do it - is to make a new layer and then "color" it, needless to say it doesn't turn out very well.

Is there a way to select the whole image and then swap colors? Any help is truly appreciated -

Hope I can answer this one for you.
it is really easy.
when you have the Mickeyhead open in photoshop.
You click on the magic wand, and than click inside the black mickeyhead.
the "marching ants"will show up along the edge.
You then find the tool that looks like a paintbucket, choose the color you want the mickeyhead to become, and click with the paintbucket on the mickeyhead. that way it should fill the mickeyhead with the chosen color.
you than save the image as a new image. hope this makes sense....

I KNEW there had to be an easier way!! I should have asked before I tried coloring them for hours.
