A "No-Park" Trip

My husband and I took a trip to WDW without park tickets and really enjoyed it. We went in December so did go to MK for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, but that was our only time in a park.

We stayed at Wilderness Lodge Villas, so spent quite a bit of time exploring the resort. We lounged at the pool and took our time looking around the Wilderness Lodge lobby and grounds as well as the Villas lobby.

One of the favorite things we did on that trip was renting bikes at WL and biking over to Fort Wilderness. At FW we looked around the Tri-Circle D Ranch, beach area and Meadows area. I'm not sure how late the bike rentals are available, so it may not work for you in the evenings.

We spent an evening at the Boardwalk including a walk around the lake and dinner from the bakery.

Have a wonderful trip!

One of my favorites is to watch wishes and the electric water parade from the veranda at Narcoosees at the GF. You could easily have dinner at the GF and then go watch fireworks and the water parade.

Beach club has movies on the beach at night. You could watch the movie, get ice cream or dinner and walk around.

I love walking around port orleans french quarter in the evening - if you like to walk you can even walk down to riverside and walk along there. And you can take the boat ride to DTD - even if you don't feel like shopping, the boat ride is very pleasant.

I love the wagon ride in the evening at Fort Wilderness. If the weather is good and you feel like it, I love walking down to the Wilderness Lodge dock and you can take a boat over to Fort Wilderness, get some dinner and take the wagon ride.
