:wave2: Welcome to the February dieting thread

So, how have you got on so far this year ? If you'd like to share with us a quick re-cap as to which diet you're following, how much you lost last month, what you are hoping to lose over the next month or what you're next target is, then it will be great to hear how you're getting on

Hi I'd love to join in. I'm doing the 3 day diet. It works using a chemical break down of certain foods so has to be stuck to exactly for 3 days at a time and having at least a 4 day gap in between. I lost 8 lb last week and am doing it again this weekend. In total I want to loose about 3 stone so still a long way to go :(. The majority of the meals that I cook are slimming world recipes so I'm hoping that if I can shift the weight with a combination of 3 day diet and slimming world I've got a good chance of keeping it off with "just" slimming world recipes. Good luck everyone else who is trying to loose weight xx
 
I lost 5lbs in January, which I'm thrilled with. I'd love to carry on with that and there is no reason why I shouldn't, I seem to have control over my eating now for the first time in years. However, I hate setting myself targets because if I don't meet them, I feel like such a failure.

I shall just concentrate on one day at a time.

Excellent weight loss in 3 weeks. My first weigh in is thursday. I have not been hungry yet on the weight watchers plan but weird having points for everything. Still have my 49 points as well so I am going to have a Mars bar in a mo. My treat.
 
Enjoy your mars bar!!! It's almost 2 weeks since I've had chocolate that is definitely the hardest to give up. Good luck with your weigh in xx

Hi well done everyone! I've just weighed in after this weekends diet, another 3 lb off I've lost 11 lb now :). Still a long way to go but I'm finally on my way!

Thank you hun. My neighbour's doing WW and she lost 4 lbs each week for the first 2 weeks so she's doing well.

Always give yourself a treat otherwise you'll cave in! ;)
