:wave2: Welcome to the April dieting thread (flipping heck, March flew by didn't it ? :eek: )

So, how is everyone getting on ? Have you eaten a few too many Easter Eggs over the past weekend ? or is everything on track for that swimsuit this Summer ? Please share how you are getting on :)

I will be rejoining :)

I lost 2 stone but have now had a few weeks off to enjoy mothers day, a holiday, my birthday and easter so i'll expect to have gained a few pounds. :)

Will be weighing in on a Wednesday :)

I'm being a wimp and avoiding the scales this morning as this past week has been VERY bad! I polished of my Birthday cake, there was a bake sale at work, a colleagues Birthday Brownies and I won a few Easter Eggs at shows on the pony...
Think I'll wait until next week to weigh again when things have levelled out again!

Can I join? Having put on almost a stone since Christmas I decided to "eat less move more" last week. I'm also on Day 4 of Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD, only 32 days til our trip so I'm hoping to lose a few pounds so as to actually fit into my holiday clothes!! I tried on a few pairs if shorts last week and they don't close so my motivation is to try my hardest to get back into them!

Quick update from me. So far up to today’s weigh-in, I’ve lost a total of 16.9lbs since New Year’s Day :woohoo: It’s been nice and gradual, which is what I’ve wanted, as I believe that’s the best way to do this kinda thing.

My first weigh in for April has lost me another 2lbs, which I’m super happy with after a few weeks of half a lb per week etc. I have re-set my goals since hitting my 1 stone mark and as we’re going away in June for a week, I’d like to lose another half a stone by then, if not a little more. I won’t be stopping after holidays either, as I still have more to lose beyond that :thumbsup2

Another STS week for me but that's ok, I am so pleased after being on leave for a week and it was Easter so there were a few more temptations around than usual but I tried to stay sensible. Still keeping up the exercise too, no college this week thank goodness the course work is becoming increasingly difficult ( until my brain catches up again hehe).

Hi all, I'll be back soon. We are actually moving tomorrow, over to Milton Keynes from Isle of Man. It's been mad here for a week, we've been living off rubbish - all the things I could find in the cupboards and freezer to use them up. So, give me a week or so, we actually move into our new home next Tuesday, and I shall be back on it. I've already found the new WW meetings - first priority!

I did really well through January, then went on holiday to Florida in February and a business trip to Australia followed by my daughters birthday. I have just ordered a treadmill for the house and am planning on restarting in earnest on Monday with a view ti loosing 1.5 stones.

So I'm going to have my weigh in on Fridays. Last Friday I was 10 stone 2lbs which is not great on my short little body, I'm a smallie lol. Today I am 9 stone 12lbs! Hoping to get to my pre baby weight of 9stone - well I was under that but I wont be greedy. Once I can fit into my holidays clothes I dont mind lol. This week I've curbed my snacking habit by writing down everything I snack on. My treat is maybe half a Kinder Bueno or bag of light crisps. Nothing else, stick to my 3 square meals and if I'm hungry drink water - although DH has complained about my stomach talking to him several times this week lol.
I've completed day 7 of the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and swear to heaven I can see a difference. Its really really hard and I can only do it in the evening when DS is asleep but I feel its working so I'll stick with it.

I've rejoined WW today with the aim of starting my diet properly tomorrow. I tried a few other things in the last few weeks but I know WW works for me. I get the online version free (DHs aunt is a leader) so not sure why I put it off really.

I braved the scales and its fair to say I really enjoyed my time off lol! Disappointed with myself but I'm determined to get back to my pre baby weight and back into my skinny jeans for summer.

I want to lose a total of 20lbs :) my first weigh in will be on Wednesday :)

So this weeks weigh in sees me loose 1lb! Happy with that, another one bites the dust!
