A New Look For DD!

This is a new look for DD! Actually, she was made up, complete with faux piercings, for a movie part. I came across the picture and had to share. Not her usual look!

The name of the movie is "Xeline". It will come out on DVD next spring.

Wow, what a transformation! I bet she had fun getting made up for the part. Your dd is a very pretty girl (picture below) and looks like she's probably blessed not to have to wear much make up!

Yep. She's a pretty girl, good thing that's not her usual look - she certainly doesn't need all that stuff to look good.

We had a difficult time with her hair. They wanted it to be pink. But unless you strip the color from your hair or use permanent dye, it doesn't turn very bright. I would only let them use a temporary dye. We had to dye it twice just to get that look. It took a couple of days for even the temporary to come out. She wasn't crazy about the faux piercings. She said they hurt. I told her that sometimes actors have to suffer for the craft. Ha! She just gave me that look! She did a great job in the film. I can't wait for the DVD to be released even though horror films are not really my favorite genre.

Still very cute! Good to hear her acting is going well. That's one of the funner parts of drama, being different characters and personas...if even she does have to "suffer for her craft". lol!

It is a horror film. Not my favorite. I just hope I can watch it. She is only in one scene and that scene doesn't have anything scary or gross.
