Kind of....I once made DS get up, get dressed and ready for school, and as we were walking to the bus stop, I realized it was a "Teacher's Conference" day - no school! He teases me about it all the time.

No, but when DS was in preschool I unknowingly let him wear 2 different shoes to school. (He dressed himself, and I didn't catch that one shoe was navy and the other was black - but they were the same exact shoe! )
