Ok guys, I have come up with a new challenge and an incentive to losing weight! I have 40 pounds that I am wanting to lose. So far, I have been having the most DIFFICULT time motivating myself to eat healthy and to keep exercising. I usually behave for a week, and then I revert back to old habits. 
So I am challenging myself to lose these 40 pounds - and when I finally do lose it all, I will treat myself to a solo trip to WDW!
So here is the plan:
1) I will make healthy choices with my food.
2) Lately, I've been eating out three times a week. That's at LEAST fifteen dollars a week that I've been spending on fast food. I'm challenging myself not to eat fast food at all --- and for each week that I successfully avoid fast food, I'm going to deposit five dollars into my Disney fund!
3) I will exercise regularly!
I'm hoping that these steps will get me closer to a healthier lifestyle...and closer to a Disney vacation! (And who knows, maybe by then I will be healthy enough to run in a Disney race!)
Anybody want to join me? It's always great to have a group to share healthy recipes with, and to report our successes/fallbacks to!
