Tomorrow I go to brief the group replacing me doing the calls. Don't you love it when it takes 4+ people to do what you alone did?

Welcome Kim to the Bump thread! It's nice to have you here!

And morning everyone!

A warm morning here in Maryland and I am so happy today since they decided to move up the takeover of my obnoxious call job to today!!!! I get to go brief the group of 4 this afternoon and watch their faces cringe in horror as they start answering calls.......

Then I get to go home and smile.....I know it's wrong to be happy over someone else's work but too bad! I held the job together for almost 5 weeks answering over 1100 calls with no help.

I was screamed at! Cursed at once. People constantly complained about doing what I had no control over. I handheld people who didn't know how to compose an email or which side of the mouse button to click on. I listened to sob stories about how the local library is too far to get to (in suburban Missouri or wherever) and so on. Yet, the people I was talking with get paid more per hour than I do!

I can now start seriously thinking about my surgery and of course, more importantly my trip! The world is a better place at least for me!
