Aaaaaaahhhhhh! She is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! I bet you quit smoking just because you knew she would harrass you until you quit once she was old enough to pester you! Way to go! My DH has been smoke free since the birth of our LAST daughter (child #4).....6 years on Monday!

Hug Kimberly for all of us.....and snuggle her just under your chin and smell that new-baby-smells-like-love smell (if not, a change is due!) Brings back memories!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! My dh smokes, and I've been trying to get him to quit for years. Since I haven't ever smoked, I don't know how hard it is to quit, but I am sympathetic!!!

Kimberly is beautiful and I am so happy for all of you!

I quit smoking in April of 2002. I used the same method you did!
My husband (who quit 20 years ago) was out of town and I smoked A LOT of cigarettes on the day and night before my quitting date. I knew I would feel sick from smoking so much and it worked.
But...I started again 10 months later.
I don't know how I could let it happen and I am planning to quit again soon.
I know it's easy to quit smoking, I've done it many times!

Hang in there, quitting is hard. I was a 2packer and quit cold turkey 7 years ago! I will never go back. Actually I couldn't afford to now. Yikes!
