I'm telling you guys, this recipe is kick butt! It is sooooo good!

I've been making it about once a week - it's that good...

I don't always have the peppers or mushrooms or onions, so i have left them out and it's still gosh darn good...
When i make it i use the whole grain pasta by Barilla called PLUS Spaghetti...

I just put it in the crockpot about an hour ago and i cannot wait for dinner..I just can't wait!

You HAVE to try it sometime!!

Just thought i would share with all my DISbuddies...

mmmmmmm tasty. I know it says "half my size" but trust me, I'd eat the whole pot so that whole weight loss thing wouldn't apply to me. I'm still trying it though ;)

Looks good with the exception of the rotel and mushrooms. I'll try it sometime. Always looking for good crock pot recipes. Thanks! :thumbsup2

It doesn't even taste diet like - I've served it to company and everyone loved it and i never mentioned a word that it came from half my size...

As far as serving size, i exceed the 1 cup serving size myself - every single time...i just can't help it - then i have it for lunch the next day...I think i'm obsessed... :lmao:

I'm sure it doesn't taste diet at all with the cheese and the cream of musroom soup. In the pic it looks delicious. I think my DF will really like it too, that is if I let him have any. :teeth:

Yay! I am doing WW now and love using the crockpot so this is a wonderful addition to my recipes. Thanks for sharing!! :cool1:

Have you ever made it and not put it in the crockpot? Maybe baked it for a little bit? If I use the cp I have to do it before work, which means cooking for about 8-9 hours. When I get home at night I dont have time to wait 2-3 hours for dinner. I need things that are quick!

Wow! That really looks good! Thanks for sharing!! :thumbsup2

I am looking around the whole site, there are others that look good too... yummm!

MBeds - if you get a chance, you might want to post a link to this over on the Cooking Board - they have a crock pot thread stuck on the top and I bet they would love it!

Yum! That looks awesome. I will be trying it tomorrow night!

I've made a recipe similar to this and never used a crock pot. I just make up the sauce and noodles separately.
I don't use an onion or chilies...just the rotel...and I use a few chicken breasts (cooked up and shredded) not canned chicken. It is a good quick dinner. :)

Thanks for sharing. We make chicken spaghetti all the time and I never thought about putting it in the crock pot. I love crock pot recipes. :stir:
