A message from my brother Michael....

Dear friends from the DIS boards,
My name is Michael. My sister is Lisa who is on the Disney board. I want to thank all of you that sent me cards good wishes when I had my heart surgery!! The cards that you sent to cheer me up really warmed my heart. My mom strung them up in my hospital room. The nurses and Doctors were amazed at all my cards!
As you probably know, I got out of the hospital in three and a half days. After the surgery I tried very hard to get the chest tube pulled out and all the while I remembered that I had many people praying for me and wishing me good luck. Right now I am feeling great and wishing I could meet all the people on the DIS board in person.

Hi Michael. Good to hear you are doing so well. Keep up the good recovery. When you get better, if you have Internet access, ask your mom if you can sign up on the DIS and then you can 'chat' a bit here when you want (only if okay with mom though, right, mom??))

And with you in Illinois, you can come to some of our Illinois DIS meets and actually meet some of those nice people who you learned about here on the DIS though your neat sister.
