A message about the Timeshare Store

Hello all

My husband and I have been DVC members since 2001 at the WLV
and recently purchased SSR. Together we have 900 points - woo hoo!!!!

We recently decided to down grade and sell SSR since we probably will never stay there. I just wanted to say that we listed 150 points with the Timeshare Store on Friday 2/24/06 - they told me they would have them sold in a couple of days - yeah sure, we thought...

On February 28th they came in with a contract for full price. Closing in a month. We sold them for $84 per point.

I just wanted to say the Timeshare Store is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. They DO WHAT THEY SAY. They are upfront and honest and fully credible. We were very impressed and would deal with them again if needed too.

We haven't closed yet but I am sure it will be a breeze.

Just wanted to give them some credit if anybody needed to sell anything - we only sold because we find it really hard to use 900 points especially since I always run a year behind.

I tried to purchase that contract... but it was already snatched up. i found an identical one same UY too... but $86pts. Waiting for ROFR now.

We bought a BWV resale through them with no problems what so ever several years ago. Recently, I listed our 500 VB points with them. I felt that it would take a considerable time to sell them with the past hurricane season and VB being hit rather hard. Well, about 3 days later, Jason calles me back at work and says he has a buyer. I couldn't beleive it! The TimeShare Store is awsome!

We couldn't agree more. We've purchased more than once from TSS and have always found them to be knowledgeable, efficient, professional and (at the end of the day) they provided exactly what they promised!
