Hello!

This may seem like a random question, but...Does anyone know if the officiant stays for the reception?

I'm wondering if we would need to add him to the brunch count. :confused3

Thank you!
Mel

I don't think so.
But the photographer/videographer if you have them will be there and I would think you would have to add them to the list?

Our officiant did not stay for the reception.

We did provide a meal (a deli plate) for our photographer.

We added everyone to our "list" for lunch. (The photographer, videographer, etc.) I wanted to make sure that everyone had time and the ability to eat the full meal vs. a deli tray. To me, even though they were providing a service, I wanted them to feel like part of the day.

Thank you all for the information. :goodvibes I knew to add the photographer and we are not going to have a videographer.

The handfull of weddings that I have even gone to here in Illinois, they were invited. So I was interested in knowing if that was the case for a destination wedding or not.
Thanks again!

We did invite ours because LOL I was brought up to do that, but he declined as I believe he usually does given that he has weddings throughout the day
