A MAGICal trip to Key West and the Western Caribbean March 29/15

We have been working on ours today and we are "almost" finished. We deliver three packages during the one week cruise, so we have a lot of counting to do.

Dizneeat I cannot find the 'start a conversation ' either. I would like to finally join the latecomer FE list. We are a family of 4 with a 9 yr old son and 6 yr old daughter. Please let me know if I need to do anything else to be on the list. Thanks!

You need to have at least 10 posts to access, so just make a ## of posts. Believe list closes tonight. The # of post thing was discussed within the last few pages on this thread.

Your first DCL cruise? How exciting! And awesome that you booked right when they opened booking the new itineraries.
And travelling with a large group as well. If you have any questions, just ask - we have been on a few DCL cruises.

It'S our first DCL cruise but not our first cruise. We'really excited to experience Disney by sea.

You could not have picked a better cruise line for your first cruise. Disney does it best.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. This will be our 15th cruise with DCL (our next one, no 13, is next week! ) and we cannot get enough of it.
We just love Key West too! For the last few years we have spent a few days of our summer vacation there and have so enjoyed it. It will be awesome to arrive there by ship.

The sunsets in Key West about the same time as dinner, I think. Would you forgo formal dinner to watch it? I hear that it's pretty cool.

2. What are you most looking forward to? Getting away and my kids enjoying their first cruise. We're veterans but newbies to DCL.

1. Where is everyone traveling from? Central Florida. We live about an hour and a half away from PC.

2. What are you most looking forward to? Sailing away! I'm serious I just love the Sail A Way Party and hearing the horn blast. Makes me cry every time.

Has anyone celebrated a birthday on DCL. My son is turning 9 and I see it made the itinerary. I'm curious what it will entail.

Danielle Ike's crafts as well & yes mine craft & other video games (too much!). She loves the beach. She has only snorkeled once, but I'm looking forward to her doing more of it on this trip. I wish Danielle did gymnastics, I think she'd enjoy it. Like the fact that Chayse is fearless. Danielle will be afraid of the water slide & perhaps Chayse can convince her to try it. Danielle has an older sister, who is really in to horseback riding, thus she started lessons this past year. Being divorced, this is a father/daughter trip. I love being with her (my only child), but realize it's best for her to make friends & play with them to maximize her enjoyment of the trip. She'll have plenty of time with me!
Have chosen a couple excursions, including stingray trip in Grand Cayman. Thinking of not doing the ship trip, might book with Captain Marvin, who offers a 3 stop trip consisting of stingray stop & 2 snorkel stops.
We are staying at Hyatt Grand Cypress in Orlando on the 28th, so hope to meet on ship. Being new to this board, how do we arrange get together?

My son is turning 9 and loves Legos and minecraft. I'm sure he'd hang with girls with the same interests. He is also excited for Marvel'S Avengers Academy

Asked my daughter about playing with the boys on board & had to laugh when she replied, "I'm not playing with boys!" Hopefully she's leery for awhile longer. I told her she was allowed to date when she was 25 years old, as if that's going to happen! Not looking forward to teenage years!
