Just a quick opinion question. While I enjoyed my meals at Disney (well except Whispering Canyon.. not my cup of tea
) I did notice there seemed to be A LOT of salt in the food almost everywhere. Most notably Via Napoli. My spaghetti and meatballs were very very salted.
Now, I like salt.. and I do salt my food. But I try not to use too much. Our waiter at Le Cellier said he couldn't stand eating anymore Disney food because of all the sodium.
When we went the time before this, I was dieting and had cut out most high sodium foods. I pretty much didn't pay attention to that while there. I came back 10 pounds heavier in 7 days. I lost eight of it in a week so it had to be water retention from the sodium.
So.. just thought I would check if anyone else notices how salty everything seems to be.
