Hi everyone!!! Ironically, today I *just* thought about you all and decided to see what is happening...it has been FOREVER!! I've missed you!!

I am about to start my Freshman year of college...going to attend the University of Central Florida -- that's right: in Orlando! I'm hoping to pursue a Film Production major, but am currently doing "Cinema Studies" until I get accepted into the program. I am working at a local television station that is run by the county school board here in the Sarasota area...but I'm moving over that way mid-August. So I have been too busy to attend Universal lately..though hope to get my annual pass again later this year! My Universal site will be deleted any day now (if it hasn't already) as it was too much to maintain (and go to school.....and work......), but I'm happier than ever....I'm past my obsessive Ghostbuster performer days, although am proud to say one very talented former-GB has gone from a Universal performer, to Off-Broadway performer, to a television actor...and while I look back and shake my head at my silliness back then...I am certainly proud to have witnessed a star in the making!

If anyone happens to have a Myspace, look me up under the display name "Clareski"....I'm already a friend of Seahag's on there... wouldn't mind any other DIS'rs befriending me too...oldie..newbie...prehistoric...doesn't matter...LOL.

I have been here for two many years, Our first trip to the best parks in the World was in August of 1999. Stayed Off-Site at Disney and day tripped to Universal, After that we always stayed On-Site at Universal. Always got a lot of help from these boards and still try to return the favor on occasion. Lot of good helpfull people here. From the FOTL threads, to the Mummy, What was working on Spiderman, MIB Hints, and Getting 999,999. I always posted a trip report, which seemed to always Roll off when Barry would post his hourly reports. I don't think I will be returning to Universal any time soon with Two in College now, there ain't much left over for dear ole dad and mom. So I mostly lurk now and provide some insight once in a while. I do jump on the It Ain't DISNEY or it's no better than Six Flags threads to give those yokels a piece of my mind.

Anyhow good to see the many friends that I have made over the years still kicking around and enjoying the parks.

Spidey, you know, I am very sorry. You did tell us you had a boy, but if it's any consolation, I can't remember what happened yesterday, much less about a year ago! I work diffferent shifts every week, and I often don't remember what tour I'm on or what day it is! Anyway, congrats on your "new" addition!

That's the irony of it all: I had no real intentions to come back and chat it up at the DIS again..in fact, I haven't even lurked around here for months...it just so happened that moments before I came online [and posted] I was thinking about Selina...wondering how she's been since we broke contact a good while ago...then I began thinking of everyone else I met here on the DIS, and spontaneously decided to log on and just see what was happening...when I saw this thread, I decided I'd say hello. Motherfletcher - My family is doing great...of course trying to keep a college-bound teenager happy and also paying FOR college had given them a few more grey hairs...

Jodie - It's been a while..how are things going?? I know...it's sad GBs is gone...but I've set my standards higher and now proclaim: All Hail Johnny Depp! Anyone else see the newest installment of Pirates? It was a bit too long, but I loved it.

Although I rarely post anymore, I do think of you all and miss you. Still waiting for visitors . Barry said he would be coming, but hasn't so far.

Although Robin has been on this board since I first started, and I have been to meets, Robin and I haven't met YET. But it will happen. Unless we win the lottery (or hit the jackpot in Vegas when we go in October) our next trip to UO won't be until 2009. Maybe MIB9 is just thinking that by the time we are finally able to return to Universal I will be a fossil!

Wish I could visit Florida more often, but until I do, all of your trip reports will have to fill my need. Mahalo for the happiness they bring.

No slam intended, i think i am older than you. If you actually are able to come in 2009 we will have to stage MOLOKAI-CON II. This time we will have to shoot for 40 attending MYTHOS for lunch. 2000 thru 2002 was a great time for meets and putting faces with names. Do you stay in touch with NHReene??

I haven't heard from Renee in a few months. I missed her when she came to Hawaii for a few days, but will definitely meet next time. Anyone going to Vegas in October? We will be there 10/12-17.

I am all for a MG 2 in 2009. I still have the pictures of our last meet and wonder how everyone is doing. I also still have the canned pork brains we won on MIB that I can offer up in 2009 as a prize. They should be really mellow by then!

Hey I'm an Oldbie! I just popped to see what was up after booking a long weekend at RPR for hubby and I's anniversary August 11. We usually go without the kids this time of year if we can find decent airfare.

Hey Jodie - This is your anniversary trip too right? Is it one year? Have a blast. RPR seems to be the hotel we go when it is just us and when we have the kids we do the HRH. I always think of you and Mike staying club level, I would love to try it sometime, but hubby doesn't think it is worth it, he would rather have the suite.

We will definately hit the piano bar one night and we always have to stop and have a drink when we pass Margaritaville - which is at least two or three times a day! What are you most looking forward to this trip?

On a different note, does anyone know what is down for refirb right now?
