A little Worried..Please HELP!

when we signed our contract for our custom wedding with disney we had estimated that we would have 40 guests, now with almost only 2 months to go our final count is 26. I have emailed our wedding planners assistant which i know she will write back tomorrow, but i was wanting a more immediate response or reassurance. Are we not holding ukp our end of the contract now or what might go wrong with a smaller amount of guests. I know we agreed to the 25night stay inside dis from our guests which we have already surpassed, is that all we need to be concerned about???

You should be fine as long as you meet your rooms and your mins for that day. My guest count is way lower than what we invited, so things are going to be ok. You will just have money coming back to you or to spend in other places to meet your mins.

Don't worry about this one.

Unless you booked a place that had a minimum total expenditure (like $4,000) as opposed to a plate minimum (like $100), you will be fine. My coordinator told me yesterday that we will only be paying for what my guests actually eat and drink.

So you should be fine and you'll have a refund coming to you.

I haven't signed my contract yet.. but I will in about two months. What all does the contract have in it? Will I have to make an estimate number of guests? My mother seems to think that 'noone' will come besides my immediate family which is about 25 of us (10 being kids under the age of 7) and then my inlaws from Brazil.. 5. So that is about 30. However, I was thinking out of all the other invitations I send out I will atleast get 10people non family related to come.

Are kids considered guests also? They don't eat much or anything. Like with the room requirements, and I have 10 familes, husband and wife. plus kids, that is like 20 adults but then 10 kids. ?Does that make sense? So, are kids guest?

What if more end up coming than my guess of 40. Or my mom is right and we only have 30? I am not sure but I wanted a plated dinner at the whitehall and it is 150 pp. It didn't have like a minimum, I don't think?!

Kids are included in the guest count. But you can ask for a Kids meal which is less expensive than an adult.
