I know the prices are better and I know shipping is free. I also know many people have used them. I am SCARED! I am respondsible for planning this trip for my family as well as my 2 friends and their families. (Big reunion trip). I am terrified to get to the gate and be turned away due to bogus tix. I have always just bought from Disney but saving money is improtant this time around! (Oh and I JUST learned how the tix work).

WHAT DO I DO???!! Anyone have any BAD experienced or know someone who has? How do they get away with selling Disney tix? How does it work? Any help easing my mind would be much appreciated! :charac2: We will be buying our tix here and there so I need to make up my mind!

I have used them numerous times for various tickets, including quite a few Pleasure Island and Disney Quest tickets. Mousesavers.com fully supports them, and says they are authorized to buy blocks of Disney tickets. I have NEVER seen a bad review except for someone who needed her tickets delivered to her room the day she arrived. Anyone who has gotten them mailed to home has had good luck (or hasn't posted their problem).

I've spent big bucks with them and would not hesitate to do so again in a heartbeat.

UG! More choices! :earseek: What a terribly fun decision.

Don't be! I am totally the nervous type when it comes to this too, but I bit the bullet and ordered from them on the 10th. Just got all my tickets today (the 15th). I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

i would be more afraid to buy them whole price, i seriously doubt you will find anything negative on here about them, but hey keep fishing

They are supported by mousesavers.com and are an official broker for Disney. We received our tickets within the time frame they had specified (2 or 3 weeks) and they look and feel just like regular Disney tickets. We did save quite a bit of money and plan to use them next week! I have heard nothing negative about them.

We have used them for park tickets and DisneyQuest tickets. As a matter of fact, I was just on their website getting ready to order for our next trip.

Don't forget to photocopy the back side of your tickets, and keep it in a safe place. If you lose your ticket any time, Disney will need the info on the back to replace these tickets.

Have fun! Planning can drive you crazy - and don't you love it!

I'm also a little nervous about using "fly by night" operations, but Ticketmania is very well established. I've been reading up on them and am planning on buying my 10 day no expire hoppers from them.

When you pay with a credit card, you do have some recourse if there is a problem. I would be more concerned about buying tickets from an individual or a little hole in the wall in Orlando.

I've spoken to Bruce at The Official Ticket Center, and Omar at Maple Leaf Tickets. Both are smart, helpful folks, and if they sold annual passes, I'd buy from them with no hesitation. While bad experiences are inevitable in any high-volume customer service operation, I think it'd be unusual for either of those companies, and quickly rectified.

The Unofficial Guide will be recommending both brokers in the revised '05 edition, due sometime in early February.

So..is it cheaper to purchase the tickets through a place like Ticket Mania rather than directly through Disney? I have to purchase quite a few tickets for our February trip...I didn't know whether to go to our Disney store here...Disney's web site or a discounted ticket company.... :flower1:

TicketMania, I have found has been the best place to get great discounts. I have never had a problem with them and if you subscribe to mousesavers.com newsletter they sometimes post "special" discounts from Ticket Mania for members.
Would use them again in a heart beat!!

Thanks everyone! I am a mousesavers subscriber so I saw the really great prices! I have heard of people buying passes and being told at the gate that there are no days on them! :earseek: MY NIGHTMARE, since my friends would be right there with me!! I would hate to lose their money too!

It seems like others have never had a problem AND the tickets were new and not all used up. I will go with them too!! Thanks everyone! Still nervous and probably will be until I use them the first time!

We used them last year and they were waiting at CS when we arrived. We will definitely use them again!

How long does it take to get the tickets from Ticketmania? I know their website says 8-12 business days - I just wanted to see if that's generally accurate or if anyone had to wait longer than that.

We're leaving Feb. 5. In the past our local AAA's prices beat Ticketmania. Unfortunately, thay haven't yet recieved their MYW tix yet - their expecting them any day. Until then, they can't (or won't) quote me their price. So, I don't want to wait too long and risk not recieving my tickets in time if I end up ordering through Ticketmania.

So is it really 8-12 business days, or has your experience been different? BTW, I am in North Carolina.

If you are worried, be sure to use a credit card. That will protect you if something would go wrong.

I would do nothing but worry about getting them in time if I were to have them shipped now. You can pick them up at their office or have them delivered directly to your motel for a $5 fee. I have decided to go with Ticketmania but I will have them delivered to the motel.

i was so excited to hear about ticketmania and maple leaf but then realized you can't but one-day single park tickets from them - that's all i need cos my friend is giving me 2 park hoppers he has. anyone know where i could get one-days for a discount??
