A little sad news about some DL cast members (don't read if you're easily upset)

I won't mention names or provide any other identifying information, but I learned today that one CM I'm acquainted with was shot during the Las Vegas rampage. Fortunately, this person survived. Another CM was standing next to this person and escaped unscathed. A DCA CM, however, was killed. I was shocked and and saddened to learn of this. Sometimes I don't even know what to say about this world in which we live. All I can say, I suppose, is that I always strive to be a good, kind person and urge all of you to do the same, as I'm sure you all are. Let's make this a world worth living in; let's make us all worthy of it.

Such sad news. I agree that our world is very sad sometimes and difficult to comprehend. But I believe that kindness is contagious. A smile, a kind word, goes a long way.

The Orlando DIS Unplugged team talked about this on their show last Tuesday, and it was in our news segment tonight. This is tragic news, and my condolences to friends and family.

Yes, it is very sad.

DD knows several people that were at the concert. They were not shot, but one broke her hand falling down, running away.
They are still in shock.
