A little rusty renting out points, please help

So, here's the deal...I have 197 AKV points for Dec. UY 2015 I wish to rent out. So that would mean I could help someone book a reservation through Dec. 31, 2015...is that correct?

Also, I note that lots of folks offer differing $$ per point for 7-month vs. 11-month booking (or in my case would that be 10 month--as far as I can go out)?. Would I have any leverage along those lines at all?

Your Dec 2014 UY runs from 12/1/2014 - 11/30/2015
Your Dec 2015 UY runs from 12/1/2015 - 11/30/2016

Your Dec 2015 UY points are good for stays from Dec 1, 2015 - Nov 31, 2016.
You can borrow them into your Dec 2014 UY for stays from Dec 1, 2014 - Nov 31, 2015.
You can bank them into your Dec 2016 UY for stays from Dec 1, 2016 - Nov 31, 2017.
You have a lot of options as to what you can book. You can book either 7 or 11 months today, depending on what your renter is requesting.
