Just wanted to share an awesome experience we had this week.
Our pre-order at BOG was not updated after we had made a change a few hours earlier. We didn't notice until after the cashier processed the order, so a manager(?) was called over to correct it. Firstly, he was really great about correcting our order and didn't even charge us the difference for the new more expensive order.
He noticed our adoption celebration pins and offered us a heartfelt congratulations. 10 minutes later, he came out to our table with a cupcake and big stuffed beast for our daughter. It really was a highlight of our trip.
We went to guest services and informed them of the great experience, but just wanted to share to show the magic is still alive and well at WDW.
