Hello all! Super excited for this one! Let's get this party started and introduce the crew!
First, we have:
DH Scott and myself, Sara
This picture describes exactly what DH thinks about Space Mountain. He hates it. Naturally, last trip, I made him ride it 3 times. This picture was the last time, last ride of the whole trip, and he thought he'd "surprise" me by making that face. I'm not convinced it wasn't his actual reaction.
Here, this is better. Now he doesn't look the like the weird old guy who hates Space Mountain.
Next up, we have the oldest, Landon, age 6. He has Disney in his blood, at least from me. Our first trip, for any of us, was December 31st 2011 for one day only. Since then, he randomly asks when we are going back to Florida or to Disney World.
Even at the Tigers game, he had to get a photo with the Mouse. Or maybe it was Daddy being nice to Mommy who stayed home with the girls. I guess the world will never know.
Sitting in the middle of the bunch is Abby, age 4. She's our wild child, and when we let her dress her self, we usually get something like this.
On a better note, she does clean up pretty nice.
Last in line is the baby, Grace. She is two years old, and the spawn of satan when she doesn't get her way. She can throw a fit like no other, but lucky for us, Hurricane Grace season doesn't occur too often.
Since our last trip, I have been living in a fantasy world, waiting for the go ahead to plan the next trip. I've also become something of a horder, stocking up on essentials for said trip, tshirts, bows, Minnie ears, autograph books, etc whenever I find a decent deal. This is Grace modeling our Monster Boo bow from Magical Ribbons. If you have girls and haven't seen these, I suggest checking out her website, Magicalribbons.com. It can be a wait, but they are pretty awesome and definitely worth it.
Well, I suppose now that the intros are done, time to get on with the show! For the past 6 months or so, I have been driving my husband absolutely nuts trying to get him to say okay, book the trip. IT FINALLY HAPPENED. We decided we would book a shorter stay now, and add to it later if it was in the cards for time off from work for him. Granted, even if he had okayed it earlier, I really couldn't have booked it, as the 499 window just opened up earlier this week. So, I got the okay, and was on the phone within record time. Now the waiting game begins.... only 494 days to go...
