A little help...how did you meet your DIS Partner?

I love hearing happy ending stories that involve Disney, or seeing proposals while there. Haha of course both make me so entirely jealous! I have yet to find that prince in a man yet too! I'm a female and most guys think it is ridiculous how much I love Disney, especially the parks because I am not a child anymore. :) Oh well... there's someone out there for everyone I believe..... still waiting for my prince too! Keep your head up, your princess is out there somewhere! princess:

You are not alone. We all face a struggle with finding a mate who either shares our Disney passion, or sincerely understands our need to visit there on a regular basis. In the past I have posted on a non-Disney dating site my passion for Disney. And have had women respond to my winks and e-mails by saying they "have outgrown" their desire to go Disney, or suggested that any man who would like Disney as a passion is probably too immature for an adult relationship. :scared1: :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

My DH was never a big Disney fan. I did get him to go a few times and it was fine. He did get my love for it though and bought AP's for me and our son for a few years.

Ah that is terrible! I get the same thing, or that it's cute but they never get it. I mean the guy I end up with doesn't have to be obsessed with Disney, but seeing as it is my favorite destination I think it would definitely help.... that and I wouldn't want the guy I love to think I'm nuts for loving it so much haha.

When I met DH and I started dating (7 yrs ago) he had no interest in Disney at all. He never visted WDW and didn't see many of the movies :confused3

After our first trip there (3 days in actually), he was hooked! pixiedust: Sometimes he will text me in the middle of the day just to say "If we were in Disney right now, I would jump on the bus and go...." He loves it!

Maybe you don't need a "Disney girl/guy" but someone with an open mind and they will probably love it too (how can they NOT! :cutie: ).

I think Disney needs a match making place. I know I would sign up for matchmaking Disney style. You might have good chance to get Disney partners hehehe.

Pssh!

I have heard this so many times, I even had to stop rolling my eyes at it. The irony is Walt built Disneyland for adults and children to enjoy!
