A Little Help Here?

Okay just now when I went to play VMK I logged in as usual, but got directed to the "Welcome to VMK" page that had the character creator. I played earlier today and this did not happen, but I am playing on my friend's computer so I have no clue if that makes a difference or not. I know I am not banned because I can log in with my other characters, but it's just this one certain character that I can't log in to.
Anybody want to help me?

When I can pick my name and look.
They are acting like I am creating a whole new character or something..

it doesnt matter what computer, so thats strange. It sounds like what happens when your account is inactive for more than 6 months and they delete your avatar.

So you mean they deleted my whole avatar and everything?
I just got on it today though.. That's odd.

yeah it doesnt make sense. The only thing you can do tho is write to contact us. It doesnt sound like its anything at your friends computer or anything you can do on yours. Your account is valid, your not banned. but your avatar is not there? just strange, never seen anything like that on an active account.

Okay thanks so much for your help. I just realized though that I put in the wrong email address.
