A little guidance needed....

I have never tried printing a picture on transfer paper before. My mom is in a different state and she is trying to print her DISigns onto the transfer paper. She tried a few trial runs on regular paper and she says the picture is really little. What does she need to do?

You really need to paste the picture into a program like Word. Then you can edit the size all you want & get it just right. If it's really small, then she's just downloaded the thumbnail. You have to click on the image to take you to the full size one, usually.
