My thoughts exactly !!! If I'd been writing that sentence, it would have read, "DD used to have a doll that would start crying on it's own, especially when it rains. 'Course, that was before I tied it to a brick and threw it in the river...and moved...and changed my name."

I was thinking along those lines, too. That doll would be out of my house like a shot.

I had a hard enough time with the stupid Furby talking to itself all the time. He found a new home terrorizing the nice folks at Good Will.

We've had that happen as well. I think it has to do with electrical surges or static electricity. DD has an old doll that will just start crying occassionally, especially when it storms. I'm sure it is static electricity setting it off.

That doll would be in a package marked for some far away country with no return address if it were mine.
