I am not sure where to post this but I have a small list of misc. questions about our upcoming trip (our first trip if you didn't guess!)

Will I ever hear from Disney? We are at the 46 day mark before our trip and I never got an inovice or anything so I just paid the balance but I never get emails, documents, etc.

When we eat meals how will I know what is included? Are meals and snacks marked as being included?

Which princess dress should DD4 wear to the Princess Storybook meal, I love to see your little girls matching the princess they have their photos taken with but how do you know who will be there?

Are tips included at HDDR?

We are thinking of ordering from a grocery delivery, would they also deliver alcohol (specifically beer and Gin - love those gin and tonics in the summer!)

You should have got receipts either by email or snail mail once you paid. Call Disney to check if they have your information correct.

When we eat meals how will I know what is included? Are meals and snacks marked as being included?
If you are on DDP servers usually let you know if anything is not covered. You get an entree and a dessert each TS.

Which princess dress should DD4 wear to the Princess Storybook meal, I love to see your little girls matching the princess they have their photos taken with but how do you know who will be there?
I have all boys so dunno the answer to this

We has Breakfast at CRT in June and had Belle (in blue dress), Snow White, Aurora (pink dress), Mary Poppins. Cinderella was in lobby for the formal picture (I think she is always there). We didn't have other Princess meals.

I believe Garden Grocer will deliver alcohol... however it is not on the website so you will need to call them.

All places will tell you what you need to know....a great place to reference is by looking at the Dining section of this forum. NOTE: If you want to make sure you get to use your Table Service credits - make sure you have made ADRs (advanced dining reservations)

Grocery service is the way to go - especially if you are in a Time Share and have the room. Don't forget a case of water or your preferred drink - much cheaper than buying in the parks. We have used Marge at www.wegoshop.com in the past and I do recall once she offered to supply us with beer and wine. There are stores throughout Disney property that also sell booze.

yes your tip is included in the hoop dee doo, if you are on the dining plan or not, its always included.

We had Belle in her fancy dress at the entrance, inside aurora came in her pink dress, Ariel in her ball gown, Snow white in her yellow and blue gown, and Cinderella made an appearance as well (this was unexpected as it was supposed to be Jasmine) My girls dressed as jasmine and ariel. Hope that helps a bit.

I am not sure but if you check the dining area on the board you should get the answer to this.

Unless you booked thru AAA or another travel agency you may get all your stuff thru your travel agent but regardless you should have got somthing by now.

Just know it's a drink, one entree, and one desert per TS, and one entree or combo, drink and desert at CS. You will most likley be asked if you have the DP

None of the princesses are guarenteed to be there so peprepared for her favorite to possibly not be there. If your really want to make sure you get matching photos of your DD and princess do a meet and greet, here on the DIS you can find out where the princesses hang out

Thank you so much for all your responses! I did get an invoice this morning from Disney showing we were paid in full, I was hoping to get some paper documents soon, maybe I will call and see when we will get that. Thanks again you guys are so helpful!

You've gotten most of the answers, but this one seems a little up in the air here. The above quote is correct. Search around on Disney's website and it will confirm. All Ears can confirm it too.

We got our paperwork (luggage tags, vouchers, etc) right around the 45 day mark. We did a package - hotel, tickets, and meal plan. If you did the same, you should be receiving yours shortly.

We ordered from Garden Grocer and they did deliver beer. It was not listed on the website, so I added a comment to my order. They contacted me by phone and I paid for the alcohol via credit card over the phone. It all arrived in one order to the resort.
