I'm on a sort of strict diet and I was wondering, if I get just a chicken sandwich a la carte is there a difference in price? I don't see a healthier alternative listed on the menus of the food courts. They just list fries or pasta salad. I can't really have either.

Check out the kids sides. They'll usually let you substitute. The kids usually have something like apple slices, grapes, carrott sticks, etc.

Yes, they will allow you to order a sandwich only and it is a cheaper price than the meals. We often switch out chips for apple slices as well without any problems.
