Awwww!
Precious pictures of the kids with Tigger -- that was so sweet of him to take the time for Billy to feel comfortable with him.![]()
Awwwww... your kids are adorable !![]()
I knew that Tigger was a good guy!
Awww!! What great pictures. I'm VERY anxious about character meets for our first trip. So we'll see what happens, character meets could prove to be disastrous on our first trip. But I'm trying to stay optimistic.
Kathy I am so sorry to hear about the issues with Billy. I hope you, the school aides, etc get the situation figured out very soon. Is there something he can take to school to do on the bus to occupy him? This has to be frustrating for you and Ed
.
.... I would think it might be even a bit harder for him with his routine changing - so hopefully you and the aides can come up with a system and with time he'll get back into the routine.![]()
I had been hoping that getting back to the regular routine of school would be helpful!Perhaps in time....
He currently has what is called a "token economy" plan in place... if he follows all the "bus rules" he "earns" a special treat (a DVD) when he gets home. Needless to say, he has not been earning them.Naturally, that just seems to make him more upset!
I am doing a lot of praying...
Kathy
I bet! I just read above about the issues with the other child. That's hard too when other kids are involved. I'll add to the prayers that this resolves itself quickly.
HI Kathy,
Second - After the cpuple off PM's we exchanged about Jimmy I completely understand your concerns about Billy nowI have no advice, but I can give lots of hugs and support.

Oh no!
I am so sorry. I hope it gets better very soon!
It certainly sounds like you are already doing all of the right things to fix it...so I hope it fixes itself very soon!![]()
I may be way off base here but perhaps it is making Billy nervous to have this boy sitting behind him? Would it be possible to have Billy sitting behind the boy so that he can see what he is doing?
If Billy is able to see the boy in front of him it may be less threatening to him. The boy making the chomping gestures sounds scary.
I hope this can be resolved. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
Kathy - love those Tigger pics - how special!
...Many prayers your way!
