A good price for a 4 bedroom home?

I've been researching 3 bedroom condos at Windsor Hills and had settled on one for 5 nights at $480 (taxes + cleaning included).

My sister and her boys are thinking about joining us so now I need to look for a bigger house. We could squeeze into the 3 bedroom, but I've had someone with a 5 bedroom home ask me to make an offer.

What do 5 bedroom's usually go for?

It depends on time of year. I have rented a 4 bedroom for $125.00 per night.

Also depends on where it is. Those closer to Disney are more. Those in resort subdivisions maybe more than those not, also the age of the home sometimes determines the rates.
