A golf question from DH

Has anybody used StarCaddy, a golf course GPS that interfaces with a PDA?

(I'm not exactly what I just wrote but I do know that golf is not a simple game these days......!)

Not used a PDA version, but the local course has GPS on the carts. It shows you a map of the hole, how far to landmarks, etc. The view changes as you play. It also reports back to the clubhouse so if someone is playing slow, the marshall is dispatched to move things along. All in all, it eliminates looking for markers, etc.
