Thank goodness I live in Atlanta... there isnt all that much of a humidity change w/ an 8 hour distance... but... humidity is more evil in 'Lanta than Florida... in atlanta I actually have to work...

I was at EPCOT today and it was around 90 degress with about 80% humidity. Luckely there was a breeze around the park that made it barable.

They are having an unusually hot May down south this year. My mom and sis are in Louisiana and it has been in the 90's there already too. My sister has a pool and rarely is it warm enough to swim before mother's day there. The bad news is my mom says they are predicting an EXTREMELY hot summer also! We are not going to Disney this summer but for the sake of all those going I hope the predictions are wrong! It is way too cool up here for me and my family, but we are not going back to Florida until next spring break. Watch them have some freak cold front when we go next March, YIKES!!!

If you check out www.accuweather.com it shows the 15 day forcast. By next week the forecast is for the low 80's. May just be a heatwave right now. You never can tell in Florida.

In 2001 we were there this same week. It was low 80's. I wore a sweater every morning and my kids and I wore them in the evening. We didn't go to the water park because it wasn't hot enough for us. We need high 80's for that. So, you never can tell.

Friday it was unbelievably hot here in Indiana and SOOOOO humid. I said to dh, "Why do people in Indiana mock us for going to FLorida in the summertime?" Last summer we went to WDW and that week it was hotter back in Indiana! You can never tell with the weather. The only thing I fear on my visits is RAIN.

We just got back from Disney...So HOT...We where traveling with my 72 year old Mother who hates the heat. Bad time to have a heat wave. Still had a wonderfull time. We just went at a slower pace.

OH yes take it from me, it is very hot down here. mid 90's all the way. As we speak at 12:00 it was 90. Bring along some water and cool clothes. Well we are off to Disney for mothers day anyway. Whats a little heat.

Hi - just back!! Had a blast but it was majorly HOT. 95 and 96 with super humidity. Forecast before we left said upper 80's to lower 90's. Ya never know!!! We LOVED Typhoon Lagoon on one of those hot days. Unfortunately, it just kept getting hotter, so our last two TIRED days were the most uncomfortable. However, our dreams did come true sayeth my nine-year-old DD!! Happy thoughts for everyone on their way down!

I was at Magic Kingdom today (Sunday), and gosh was it HOT!!!! I only lasted until about 3:30 and I was totally wiped out! Crowds weren't bad at all - I walked on Space Mountain at 1:00 with no wait. But, just too hot!!! Hope it gets cooler soon!
