1- Where can you buy a mint julep(sp?) ?

2- Is Hojo's parking free?

3- Is low 70 warm enough for young (2 and 5) kids to play in the hojo kid pool?

4- I have a deluxe pass and want to purchase a blockout ticket one of my days there- will I definitely be able to purchase it if I get to the park first thing in the am?

Thanks so much!
Lisa

1) Somewhere in New Orleans Square - I am sure someone else will jump in.

2) Yes

3) Not in my opinion, but we live in AZ and I get cold if it's under 70! I think it depends on where you are from and what you are used to weather-wise.

4) I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. If you are meaning because it might get too busy - there are few days they reach capacity and not first thing in the morning.

1- Where can you buy a mint julep(sp?) You spelled it right, you can get them at the French Market if your dining there or if you just want the MJ you can get them at the MJ Bar behind the French Market, it's in the seating area but around the back.

2- Is Hojo's parking free? Absolutely! And you can park there early on your check in day and park after you check out.

3- Is low 70 warm enough for young (2 and 5) kids to play in the hojo kid pool?

Not for me, but my girls would probably get in the water.

Yes, you should be able to do this with little to no problem if you get there in the morning. :)

Thank you so much for the answers!!!!

We are in Nor Cal, so low 70's right now for us will feel warm, but it's not like we are in the snow right now. :)

I'm trying to decide if we should stay for free at the sheraton using our points, or pay for HoJo's. The biggest reason we would pay for Hojo's is for the pool. If it's not going to get used, we'd rather just stay for free......

**** I thought of one other thing. Does anyone know where you pick up the main st. vehicles at? We've never done this before, and I think my boys would love it!

Thanks again for the responses. :)

The kid pool in the Pirate play area at HoJo is WARM. It is the warmest spot for little kids - except the hot tub. The pool is only about 1 foot deep and the sun warms it up quite nicely. My littles would do the water slides and then would hop into the little pool to warm up. I even sat in there with my little people and it was nice since the hot tub was crowded.

The garden pool is always cold to me, but my kids will get in it even in high 60 weather - usually they only last about 20 minutes, but they do get in it.

Man! Everybody is so fast! And so right on!

Our parking is absolutely free- just make sure that you stop in and do a pre-check in before you head over to the Parks so that we can give you a parking permit to display in your car. :goodvibes

I hope we see you soon!

The Sheraton is nice if you don't mind taking a shuttle. It seems like we were always running to catch it or having to wait 20 minutes for one.

We are in Nor Cal too, it's been chilly and wet lately. :) Enjoy the weather while you're there. :) The Main Street vehicles are tons of fun, you can catch them either at the end with the train station or at the other end in front of the castle, they are only out in the early hours tho, they are gone by afternoon. Each vehicle will have a sign indicating where to board, just wait there and enjoy the ride. :)
