A few random dining thoughts from our recent trip

- Flying Fish is the best overall restaurant on property - snapper didn’t miss a beat

- the Admiral’s tower at Yachtsman is amazing

- Space 220 - elevator was cool, screens in the restaurant not that impressive, food is pretty basic but better than expected, overall not worth the $

- the hot chicken at Docking Bay is the best QS entree on property

Diff'rent strokes for sure on that one. No contest at all against Victoria & Albert's.

We had such a bad experience at FF that it was the twice we've eaten there--both first and last times.

It became quickly evident that our server was only interested in lengthily chatting up people ordering wine or cocktails. She spent so much time at nearby tables or disappearing entirely that I had to go to the bar to ask if someone could find out where our food was.

Agreed that Yachtsman on the whole is a marvel. We eat there every trip and have never had a bad dinner. Magnificent steaks and sides!

It’s really too bad Yachtsman doesn’t do some of the tower items a la carte

Since you made reference to Victoria and Alberts, do you know when they will be taking reservations for 2022?
