A few quick questions about Amazon Prime Now

I looked at the sticky, but still had a few things I was a bit unclear about... can you start compiling your cart ahead of time with Amazon Prime Now or do you need to wait until 24 hours out? Also, I would prefer to place my order ahead of my trip... what is the soonest you can possibly actually place the order and select your delivery time? I have heard their selection varies, so I would like to have at least 24 hours to go grab any of our essentials they might be missing and throw it in the suitcase if I find it is not available from Amazon Now.

I know I have stuff in my PrimeNow cart for a trip in May, but I haven't actually checked out. When I logged back in I was notified that the price had dropped on one of my items.

I think most people just submit their order from the airport...

I keep stuff in my Prime now cart all the time for my home orders. I haven't used Prime for my Disney trips but most comments on the threads are people order when they are leaving the airport.

Sorry meant that to read "guests order from the airport, not leaving". I'm not sure how you're arriving from the airport to your resort but it's about 25-40 min with traffic and varies based on where in the world you're heading.

Thanks! We will be staying at POR and taking ME. We will arrive at POR around 7-7:30 PM (I am guessing!) so the kids will be hungry when we arrive, so I would like to have the groceries at Bell Services by the time we get there. It sounds like they will keep them cold for us? I am a bit of an over planner so I worry about waiting to order until the last minute in case the time slots we need are already booked? Is that a realistic concern, or is there plenty of availability for delivery slots? Is there any reason NOT to order earlier (like the morning of our trip)? Thanks!
