We have booked a 7 day land and sea for Feb 27th and also added two days at Disney in the front of the land part, I was wondering if anybody has done this and how this works out with the Disney transfers and if you get to stay in the same room as the land part of the cruise.

We booked everything with DreamsUnlimited--This is are first time going on a cruise and using them, are room is 2116, any feed back would be most help full.

Thanks so much

Hi Kelly.
We did this a few years ago. You can stay in the same room at your resort. The only difference is because you are starting your vacation on a day that is not a typical "land/sea" day, there will be no cruise line buses to take you to the resort. Disney will give you Mears vouchers to use for your airport to resort transportation.

We added one day room only prior to our land/sea package. We were told there is no guarantee that you will remain in the same room, but we were able to. I think they try to not make you move.

We had to check in twice though. We checked in the first night for our room only. The CM explained that one of us would have to come down the next day to 're-check-in" for our package. We requested that we would like to stay in the same room and he said that it wasn't going to be problem. The next day, I went down to the front desk and checked in for our package. At that time they gave me new keys which also were used for our UPH passes at the parks. This was in Apr 03, so I don't know if they have changed the procedure.

Have a great trip!! :sunny:
