How much is it to do the wand picks you at Ollivanders? Do you need to make ressies for it? If so, how much in advance?
Can US be done in 8 hours with a hotel express pass?
Can the express pass be used on rip ride rocket?
Can you upgrade to a park to park ticket after the fact? Such as if we buy 2 day one park a day but then decide to go to other park, can we just pay the difference?

depends on if there are crowds, what do you want to see and do, the express pass eliminates long line waits.

Can the express pass be used on rip ride rocket?
no

Can you upgrade to a park to park ticket after the fact? Such as if we buy 2 day one park a day but then decide to go to other park, can we just pay the difference?

you can upgrade the ticket to a two park pass.
you need to do that in the park you are in.
you have to upgrade before you leave that park.
