A few questions??

So we are doing the MK photo shoot next month at 5am and I was wondering who you guys used for your hair so early in the am. Since the person would have to come at like 3am or do you go to them??? How much and any info would be appreciated. Next question is who did you get your bouquet through? We do not arrive until the night before very late and then we are gone early for the shoot. So not exactly sure how that will work. Thanks for any help you can give

The same person I had do my wedding day hair and makeup came back at 4am to do my hair and makeup again for my MK shoot.

I had Patricia Lejeune. She was amazing.

I have not had my MK shoot yet, but I just had my trial run for my engagement pictures. I used Beaute Especiale and LOVED the girl who came out...I booked her for my wedding and will be booking her for my MK shoot. I know they go out early to places because she was talking about how my 6:30am appt was nothing and they go out at 2am sometimes! Hair and makeup was $115 and I think they're a $25 fee for early in the morning.

I just want to warn you that if you're doing your photo shoot next month you will most likely be bumped to 7:30 a.m; expect to hear from them soon. Ours is February 16th, and we just heard from photography this month.

I'm using the bouquet from the wedding so I don't think that's very helpful for you!

I'm having my MOH do my hair for the MK shoot. For my makeup, I'm going to MAC to have a consultation next week. It's an hour long, and you need to make a $50.00 commitment to purchase. They show you how to apply the makeup for the occasion. I just didn't want to pay the makeup, hair, and travel (or early morning, depending on who you use) again!

I used Beaute Speciale (Laine and Holly) for both my wedding day hair/makeup and then Laine came back the next morning at 3 am for my MK shoot.

I had my bouquet refreshed for the shoot and my photographer went to Disney Floral and picked it up before getting us at the GF. So I imagine that the same thing will happen - your photographer will go get your flowers before coming to get you.

Sounds like a very bad idea! Murphy's Law is sure to kick in and you'll arrive even later than expected. I see you're from Florida which should avoid flight or weather issues, but even so, I wouldn't cut it that close.

We're currently booked for the 5am shoot 5/20. I just booked Beaute Speciale, and they will be coming to my resort at 2am. I double checked with my wedding planner a few weeks ago and we are still scheduled for 5am. I really hope we don't get bumped to a later time, as we'll probably cancel if we do. We're doing AK after MK, and the wedding planner said that works in our favor. Apparently the animal care people want us out of there as early as possible.

Its only 2.5 hrs away and we work nights. So we are sleeping in as late as we can on Sunday ( like 5 or 6pm) and then going up. We are going to go to sleep after the shoot. Getting up there early just doesnt work I want sleep.lol Planning on getting there around 10 or 11 pm. We are going up for a week and could of done any day we are up there but I did it that way because of our crazy sleep schedule.

Will have to call tomorrow and see. We are going up 2/20-2/27 and our shoot is on mon 2/21. Yeah no one will be with us since this is 3 months after we have been married.

Disney no longer has its own team of cosmetologists. Beaute Speciale is one of the vendors on a list of possibilities they will give you, but there are plenty of other local vendors too.
