First, How easy is it to get a room view upgrade at the Yacht Club during value season?? (sept 15-21)

Can you request the refridgerator be in the room upon arrival?
Can you order groceries before leaving to be in the room??

What disney calls a refidgerator is a tiny box that will not hold a gallon of milk!! And costs $11. a day!!

I've not stayed at the Yacht Club or in Disney during the value season, but I would imagine that it would be easier to get an upgrade during that time of year. The parks arn't as packeged as they are during the summer and holiday months.
