A few questions

We will be going on the Disney Wonder soon. We are in a category 5 - Family/Verandah. Do they have hair dryers and ironing boards. Also, a member
of our party would like to know what they charge for beer on the ship. Thanks for

Can't answer the beer question, but all cabins have hair dryers, though not the greatest. We always bring our own as the ones onboard are not very powerful. Another helpful hint is to bring an extension cord of about 6-8 ft. There are no outlets to plug in in the bathrooms. We plug are hairdryer in at the plug on the desk. There is a large mirror there.

There are ironing boards in the three different laundry rooms onboard. If you search thru the threads there was recently one about all the locations of the laundry rooms and what cabin numbers they were next to.

Irons are also available in the Laundry Room. NO Irons are allowed in the staterooms - as they are a real fire hazard. They can ONLY be used in the designated area's of the Laundry Room

If you forget to bring the extention cord, you can always plug your hair dryer into the outlet behind the television. I thought, you can plug the hair dryer directly into the outlet near the desk, but as I found out with mine, it's plug/reset is too big (not enough space to allow it to plug in) to be plugged into it without the extention cord.

At the lifeboat drill, someone overheard me talking about the problem with not being able to plug ithe hair dryer into the outlet, and they said to plug it behind the TV. It never occurred to me to do that. "Silly little bear"!

Now I know why people say bring the extention cord.
